What IS Home Staging?

Home Staging is using limited funds, practical creativity and extraordinary expertise to professionally prepare a home to sell so that it becomes infinitely more attractive to potential buyers, sells quickly and for more money. 

A professional home stager has the knowledge, talent and  resources to objectively view the home as a product and highlight its assets while downplaying its flaws and will partner with your Realtor® to market your home to sell quickly for top dollar.

The home seller has difficulty in viewing their home objectively, while many successful Realtors do not have the time or trade resources to properly stage a home.

What Home Staging is NOT:

Home Staging is NOT decorating!!  Home Staging is NOT styling your home to your personal taste.  Home Staging is NOT just de-cluttering and placing a few throw pillows on a couch.

How much does it cost?

For as little as a $250 investment (less a 30% discount if you qualify), you will have all of the guidance you need to stage your home with the Detailed Staging Report and photos (DIY Plan).  Or, if you prefer, we can stage your home together (Working Together), an extension of the DIY Plan, or I will stage the home (I Do It All).

The Housing Market is good. Why do I need to Stage?

According to the National Association of Realtor's 2017 Staging Report, 58% of Seller's Agents believe that having a home professionally staged increased the value of the home from 1% - 20% while almost a third believe the staging increased the value of the home from 6% - 20%!

Can I just stage my own home?

I offer suggestions for those who feel that they can Stage their own home ~ See details here:  DIY Plan However, most homeowner's have styled their homes to best suit the needs and personalities of their family and are emotionally attached to the home.

My specialty is viewing the home objectively, enhancing the natural beauty of the home, downplaying less attractive areas and working with you and your Realtor to market the home effectively to appeal to the highest number of potential buyers.

Can't home buyers use their imagination and look past my decor or empty rooms?

With so many homes on the market, Buyers are looking at photos on the internet before deciding which homes they want to tour. How many times have you flipped through a magazine, only stopping on a page to look at something attractive? Same goes with Buyers today.
