Home Redesign

As of September 15, 2018, I now offer EDesign Services in which I send you a questionnaire to complete about your home as well as instructions on how to take photos of every room that you would like redesigned.  You return these to me and I use a custom software program to design each room to fit your needs.  You will receive a complete layout of the room with my recommendations along with sources of any new furniture or accessories so that you can purchase them directly on your timeline and budget.  Call me for more information on this exciting new Service!


Includes one hour of my research and preparation for the Comprehensive In-Home Consultation, my travel time and up to two hours with you in the home. Any additional hours will revert to a $100 hourly rate.

​This Service will give you all the expert advice and pictures you need to do the work yourself! You and I will complete the Detailed Redesign Report as we go through each room, taking pictures and following an 8 step (F.E.E.L.H.O.M.E.) room by room redesign process that ensures maximum return on investment (ROI) for every dollar spent. 

  • Using a photo-filled, detailed redesign checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging or redesign strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impacts on you or your buyers.
  • I will bring essential accessories to give you suggestions of what to purchase should you choose to do so (you may either purchase accessories from me or use them as inspiration when shopping for yourself).
  • The detailed report also includes my essential  "Closet Organization Checklist".

At the end of the Consultation, you will have the Detailed Redesign Report, pictures of the areas that need transforming, a Priority Shopping List and an Exclusive Vendor List (if necessary).

Should you need my support while making the transformation yourself, I am available to review pictures, answer any questions or offer suggestions via email communication at a rate of $20 per hour, one hour minimum.


Includes two hours of my preparation - studying the Detailed Redesign Report and pictures from the Comprehensive In-Home Consultation, my travel time and up to four hours with you in the home actually staging or redesigning each main living space. Any additional hours will revert to a $100 hourly rate.

This Service is all about you and me physically implementing the design in the main living areas of your home based upon the Detailed Redesign Report's recommendations.  If time permits, we will style other key living areas so your home is ready.

Typically, in a 1500 sq.ft. home, we can accomplish redesigning and photographing these areas in 4 hours:

  • Main living area design including emotional connection set ups
  • Kitchen redesign including organizational strategies
  • Main bathroom redesign
  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in additional gorgeous accessories in order to get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to my arrival or we will have to reschedule the appointment and a $50 reschedule fee will apply.
